| The minimum charge for a visit is 1 hour, thereafter we shall charge for the actual time i.e. if a consultant visits for 1 and ½ hours, for partner you will be charged US$ 37.5. For all call outs or onsite support the minimum charge is one hour. |

| DURATION OF PASTEL COVER |
Membership is valid for one year from date of payment. During the last three months of your membership you will receive an email notifying you that you contract is about to expire and you would need to renew for the next year. If you do not renew your cover within the 12 months you will be charged a cover activation fee on top of the annual 20% for cover. |

Pastel Cover is a software insurance policy that will allow you to run your business on the latest version of Pastel Partner, Invoicing, My Business or Xpress. It will also include telephone support and priority on site support as well as discounts on related training courses. Pastel Cover is mandatory on all upgrades from 1st October 2008 |
